“Excellent to see a zoo in such different eco-systems from home. Innovative way to see animals (high pathways looking down into enclosures). Tour guide was friendly and good, messages to inform of exact timings that morning so we were not waiting outside. Pick up directly from our accommodations. Perfect amount of time around the zoo…”

“Many animals were not out for viewing- need an indoor viewing area.”

“Uncle Alex showed us a wonderful. The pick up, transportation and hospitality on board was top notch complete with chocolates and coffee to keep us warm and happy. The park is a must see for animal lovers. Perfect day !”

“Our tour guide/driver David was quite on time and we reached Zoo around 10.40-11am (which was good to avoid big crowd). David guided us and helped us to get the entrance tickets. The map of Ranua Zoo is easy to followed (estimated 1-2hrs visit). This package included lunch at Ranua Zoo resort. There were 2…”

“Our driver Giuseppe was helpful and gave us a tip on how to see the attic fox. Lunch was nice and he booked a great time so we weren’t with a bunch other people.”

“The tour was really smooth, our driver is really friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my trip :)”

“The guide was very kind to drop us at Arctic snow hotel.”

“Good experience for animal lovers :) Our guide Alex was very helpful and great driver(believe me you need it here)”

“Carino lo zoo, anche se mi aspettavo che le zone dedicate fossero più grandi. I bambini ne sono sempre entusiasti. Un consiglio: coprirsi molto bene con doppi calzini termica, pile e tutto il necessario!L'escursione è tutta all'aperto e il freddo si sente, se non correttamente equipaggiati. 😊”
